Ingredients
2 cups (400 ml) milk, hot down
800 g flour
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
40 g fresh yeast or a corresponding amount of dry

200 g sheep brined feta cheese
5 tbsp yoghurt
3 eggs
cheese for sprinkling

Method
Heat the oven to 200C degrees. The yeast was dissolved in a little milk, sugar and some flour. When the solution thickens, make up the remaining milk, the oil and put salt. Add the flour little by little, stirring with a dough hook mixer, about 5 minutes on the lowest level. The dough is allowed to rise. Formed into 6 large sandal or with smaller tsarvulcheta. Thank you for the interesting recipe received five sandals and a terliche. :) I loved the idea of diverse stuffing and made them three species. Two recipe, two with cheese and thin slices of tomato and two with ham, finely crushed walnuts, a little cheese and cover with mozzarella. Everything went perfectly.
