Andalusian duck

Ingredients
1 duck
250 g peas
2 onions
1 clove garlic
4 tomatoes
3 tbsp (30 ml) white wine
1 chili pepper
salt
pepper
Method
Clean and rinse peas soak in water one day in advance. Boiled in the same water in which infuse. Place the cleaned duck and an onion, cut into pieces in boiling nodsolena water boiled to soften and the duck is cut into portions. In the mortar is crushed 1 onion, garlic, tomatoes, chilli and pepper, mix with tender peas, add a little broth of duck and wine stew a little and add salt. Pour a portion of meat and stew for another minute. Serve with vegetables.
