Bakery baklava

Ingredients
1 cup milk
20 g yeast
50 ml sunflower oil
1/4 cup sugar
5 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
flour as soft dough
100-150 g delight optional
# For the syrup:
2 cup sugar
the juice of 1 lemon
1 vanilla
250 ml water
Method
Dissolve the yeast in a little milk and flour to make a mess and leave to rise. Beat eggs with sugar and thereto was added 25 ml sunflower oil and milk. Add flour, sunflower oil and the rest and mix a soft dough and let rise. Then make small balls and rolled into thin sheets, scatter with walnuts and pieces of Turkish delight, turn to roll, then a snail and rank in the tray and leave to rise. Bake in a moderate oven. Cold baklava pour hot syrup from the juice of 1 lemon, 1 vanilla sugar and water. Turns and allowed to sit one night and served cold.
