Bakery sponge cake

Ingredients
1 dry white bread (600 g)
500 ml milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp butter
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins
2 vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Method
Sliced ​​bread is placed in a blender and pulverize finely. Bread, pour the milk and stays 30 minutes to swell. Eggs, sugar and the butter to cream. Add raisins and spices. This mixture is poured tender bread. Stir until homogeneous. Pour in the form of a cake. Bake at 180 C of 35-40 minutes. Warm sprinkle with powdered sugar.

I tried with other bread. But I think if you put bread should reduce the amount of milk, flour because it absorbs less liquid - to not become very moist cake.
