Brioche buns

Ingredients
3-4 eggs
1 cube of yeast
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
400 g yogurt
vanilla
about 1.5 kg flour
Jam

Method
Yeast dissolved in a little water (1/3 cup). Knead the dough and let rise. Divide into balls and roll each ball and cut into 8 parts. Each put jam, wound, allowed in a greased tray with sunflower oil to rise again. Smeared with egg yolk and bake.
