Chicken with rice vermicelli

Ingredients
3 chicken legs
1 cup rice vermicelli or couscous
40 g butter
1/2 cup grated tomatoes
pepper
salt
Method
The meat is boiled in salted water. Tomatoes fry in the butter, add rice noodles, meat, 3 cups broth and pepper. Boil sandwiching a very low heat for 15 minutes. Can be sprinkled with cheese and browned briefly.
