Coconut fish curry (Samaki Wa Nazi)

Ingredients
1.5 kg fish fillet
1 coconut
300 g tomatoes, sliced ​​
1 tsp lemon juice
200 g onion
salt, pepper
Method
Cut fish fillets and cook about 15 minutes with tomatoes, lemon juice and finely chopped onions. Then add the flesh and milk of coconut and cook another 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Well, first fry the onions, then diced fillets of fish. Can be any species, but is boned, ie fillets. Then there are added tomatoes and lemon juice. Once thickened add the milk of coconuts (it is not much) and coconut. Can be grated on a grater. Even preferably :)
