Filbert dessert

Ingredients
# For the base:
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cup roasted chopped hazelnuts
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp baking powder
# For the cream:
1 and 1/2 cup Pastry cream
1 tbsp instant coffee
1/4 cup cocoa
1/3 cup sugar

Method
Vanilla sugar and eggs broken with the help of a mixer in a water bath until the sugar is melted. Get out from the heat and whip until cool. Chopped hazelnuts mix them with the sifted flour and baking powder. Stirring constantly add them to the eggs. Pour the paste into greased and floured form (23 cm diameter) and bake for half an hour at 190 C. For the cream break all products with a mixer until a homogeneous mass. Chopping up the cold base of two and spread the cream between the bases, top and sides.
