Fried green peppers Chinese

Ingredients
4-5 green peppers
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
4 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Peppers cut into squares, fry in strongly heated oil for 2-3 minutes while being stirred. Add salt, sugar and soy sauce and stir for 1 minute and serve.

Super are ... try to put one tablespoon balsamic vinegar when you fry becomes super fragrant :)

A wonderful side dish! I add other vegetables, zucchini, onions, asparagus, carrots ... If 3-4 min. Before the vegetables fry chicken, diced / Flour / becomes incredible yummy. Try!

can definitely add more soy sauce!

Thank you, and I like! But at home, unfortunately, are not big fans of the pod and its mostly I eat :)
