Fritters with banana and rum

Ingredients
4 bananas
4 tbsp rum
1 cup vegetable sunflower oil
1 cup +2 Tbsp flour universal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 egg
1 cup cold water
Method
Cut bananas angle pieces with a length of about 1 cm. Pour them with rum and let them marinated 1 hour. Heat the oil in a saucepan of 180C. Mix 1 cup flour with baking powder and salt. Add egg and cold water and mix to a smooth slurry. Sprinkle bananas with the remaining flour and dip them in the breading. Fry them in 2 minutes on each side.
