Green banitsa of snails

Ingredients
500 g spinach
1 bunch fresh onions, fresh garlic, fresh parsley, fresh dill, mint
200 g feta cheese
3 eggs
125 g butter
1-2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
salt
500 g prepared filo pastry sheets
melted butter for pouring

Method
The green spinach and all are cut and smothered in a part of the butter. When the mixture has cooled down, added and other products, such as 1 egg was allowed for spreading, and stirred. Each skin is smeared with butter and folded in two and again smear. Put it over the filling and roll turns. Cut into four pieces that line tightly to each other, such as snails turned into an oiled pan, sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Before baking, the banitsa pour with one beaten egg mixed with a little melted butter. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven.
