Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries, raspberries or other fruit
1 cup crushed ice
3 tbsp ice water
1 cup drained yogurt
2 tbsp of fructose or sweetener to taste, of your choice
100 g fat ricotta or fine cottage cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
whole fruit for garnish
Method
All products are placed in a food processor or blender. First run stirring pulse and after crushed ice is placed at a high speed until it is ice cream. The cream is distributed in 4 cups and garnish with whole fruit.
