Kozunak with lemon

Ingredients
3 eggs + 1 egg yolk spreads
200 ml milk
150 ml sunflower oil
8 tbsp sugar
30 g yeast
1 kg of flour
rind of one lemon

Method
Yeast dissolved in milk, add other products and knead dough. The dough is placed in the bag without air, but with room to increase the volume and placed in a bucket full of lukewarm water. Dough sinks to the bottom and having emerged ready. Formed with smeared with sunflower oil as kozunak hands or buns. Dab with yolk, sprinkle with sugar, leave little to rest the dough and bake in a moderate oven.
