Marinated vegetable skewers

Ingredients
2 zucchini or zucchini young
1 red pepper
1 red onion
12 field mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced ​​pumpkin
# For the marinade:
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp sunflower oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 head shredded onions
1 and 1/2 tsp tarragon
by 3/4 tsp basil, thyme and cinnamon

Method
Vegetables are cut into pieces about 3 cm, and put in a plastic box with a tight lid, products marinade mix and pour on top. Leave to be marinated for several hours as occasionally shaken. Strung on thin wooden skewers and bake at 200C until ready, then in days five minutes under broiler.

Very tasty sounds, but something did not understand the baking under broiler? :)

under the broiler - only the top wire on top of the grid. I put them there for the last five minutes to constipation. Moyen and only under the broiler to left, reverse - 10 minutes from one side iili 10 as necessary to the other depends on the stove.
