Ingredients
600 g fillet meat (pork, beef, chicken)
100 g butter
salt, pepper
500 g pasta of your choice
# For the broth:
1.5 liter hot water
1 bay leaf
2 cloves garlic
5-6 peppercorns
2 tbsp tomato paste
salt

Method
Cut the meat into thin steaks and lightly hammered. Seasoned with salt and pepper. In the middle of each piece put dab butter. Rolled into small rolls and tied with thread. Fry them until golden in butter. In a deep saucepan put all the ingredients for the broth. After boil put fingers and cook until ready - 20-25 minutes. Remove and released from the thread. In the same broth and boiled pasta. Serve warm.
