2 large carrots

Method
Chop the onion finely and fry in olive oil, grate carrots and add in the onion for 2 3 minutes. Then add the rice, which also fry until change color, and put salt. Get out of the heat and poured into a pan, add chopped olives and water in a ratio of 3 to 1 (for two cups of rice - six aq). Bake at 250C until boil off the water.
