Ingredients
          150 g cooked mussels (shelled)
          2-3 leaves of iceberg lettuce
          1/2 boiled egg
          1/4 onion
          1-2 sprigs of parsley
          olive oil, vinegar, salt-of taste

          Method
              Lettuce is broken at in large pieces, not cut. Put onto it grated onion and egg, topped mussels. Salad watered with a pre made dressing of olive oil, salt, vinegar and chopped parsley.

I do this often but egg salad and iceberg was not added. Became tasty Thanks for the idea I personally do not put vinegar and lemon and add a little ground pepper white

And I was not put in a salad with mussels far egg and lettuce, but once I tried so made salad in a restaurant, I liked it and decided to make it at home.
