Slavic stew with potatoes and sausage

Ingredients
3-4 large potatoes
400 g peas (canned)
300 g rice
2-3 pieces Macedonian sausage
chicken broth
salt, pepper
Method
Finely chopped onion fry gently in a pan with a little oil. Add the potatoes, cut into cubes. Stir for 3-4 minutes and added to the cut sausage. After braised, are poured with hot water. When the potatoes begin to soften add the peas and after 10 minutes the rice. Put them spices and boil when the dish is transferred to the stew. Bake in a very hot oven.

The recipe is very nice. I did it in a ceramic pot and not have to bake it in the oven. I added a little soy sauce. Become super!
