Spicy mushrooms in coconut milk

Ingredients
30 ml peanut sunflower oil
3 cloves garlic
2 chili peppers
1 onion
250 g mushrooms royal mushrooms
150 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
salt and black pepper

Method
Garlic and coriander finely, peppers and mushrooms into slices, onion too finely. Peppers (remove the seeds) and garlic fried in peanut sunflower oil. Fry for a few seconds and add the chopped onion. Fry, stirring (about 2 minutes). Add sliced ​​mushrooms and fry stirring 2-3 minutes. Add the coconut milk and bring to the boil, boil until the liquid is reduced by half. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle top with chopped coriander, stir gently and serve.
