Ingredients
5 cups (1 kg) cornmeal
2 eggs
150 g butter
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) feta cheese
salt
10 cup (2 liters) of water
Method
Spread in a cornmeal pancake, infused with boiling water and leave to cool. Add eggs and mix with flour. The resulting dough was allowed to stand for 12 hours, then baked. Formed on the surface crust is removed and the crumb is broken into chunks, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and pour the fried butter.
