Stuffed potatoes with spinach

Ingredients
500 g spinach
12 potatoes
2 tbsp grated cheese
salt, pepper
butter (sunflower oil)
breadcrumbs
Method
Cut spinach and stew in a little salted water. Soften him pour the hot butter or sunflower oil and confused with cheese. Boil, but not completely, potatoes, peel them and engraving, sprinkle with salt and pepper and stuffed with spinach puree. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, redim in oiled baking dish and pour the hot oil. Bake in a hot oven until golden brown caught. Serve with cheese sauce.
