Ingredients
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 cup leaves and stalks of celery
1 with raw whole leaf stalk of celery

Method
Celery cut into in small pieces and pour cold vinegar. Allow to soak for 30 days (I'm leaving it up to 3 months). Vinegar is filtered, heated to boiling, pour into a jar, which was spread fresh celery leaves, sealed and turns until it cools down. * The mixture of vinegar lasts for years, but when I opened the aroma starts to decrease with time. I move in the bottle after opening the jar.
