1 tsp sunflower oil
1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame sunflower oil
2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

Method
Boil the asparagus in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, you should to boil. Remove and drain well dried. The oil is heated in a non-stick frying pan at high heat and put the pieces of pepper and garlic for 1 minute. Add asparagus in the pan for about 2 minutes, then add the soy sauce and sesame sunflower oil. Shake the pan (not to be confused), while asparagus, pepper and cover with fat. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
