600 g of fish
fish seasoning or spices of your choice
250-300 g mayonnaise
vegetables of your choice: onions (yellow, green, leek or a combination) ,
corn, zucchini, eggplant, pepper, tomato, garlic,
carrot, peas, broccoli, cauliflower (or ready mix)

Depending on the size of the fish, it is cut into wafers, pieces or leave whole. Slightly add salt and sprinkle with spices. Ranks in greased pan. Between fish put vegetables in advance lightly salted. Everything is covered with mayonnaise (to be taken with the salt as mayonnaise is savory). Bake until browned on the mayonnaise. Optional can be sprinkled with a little grated cheese and finish cooking. * Fish can be prepared in different versions: - only fish, covered with mayonnaise; - fish, onions and carrots arranged in layers, onion crescents, fish, grate carrots, mayonnaise; - fish, onions, carrots and some of the vegetables; * Another option is flavored fish is baked with mayonnaise. Vegetables are steamed under a blanket with 1-2 tbsp sunflower oil (olive oil) and a little water until tender. When serving on the plate put the fish, vegetables, sprinkle with chopped parsley and place a slice of lemon or circle.
