200 g of bananas, peeled and cut into 6 strips lengthwise
200 g fine sheet
1/4 tsp vanilla
sunflower oil for frying
powdered sugar for sprinkling (optional)

Spread crust and place it on a piece of banana. The sheet should be large enough so that you can wrap it in banana from all sides. Sprinkle bananas with vanilla and repack it. Repeat with the remaining bananas. Heat over high heat the oil in a pan and fry for 2-3 minutes each packet until golden. Drain on kitchen paper and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
