Bread with eggs

2 eggs
250 ml water
about 400-500 g of flour
1 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
20 g yeast
sesame seeds for sprinkling

Beat eggs . Dissolve yeast in water and add salt, sugar and olive oil (the oil, and maybe melted butter). Mix with eggs. sifting flour, do well and dumped the liquid mixture. Knead a soft dough, which should not be sticky hands. We move the dough in a bowl, it is best to be buttered, and cover the dough with oil fsunflower for fresh storage. We leave it to rise until doubled in volume. The risen dough onto greased Roll top with a thickness of 0.5 cm. With a cup or ring cut the circles that are folded in two.
