Cake with cottage cheese with sugar crust

# For the dough:
80 g margarine
2 tsp sugar
juice of 1 orange
1 cup flour
# For the filling:
600 g cottage cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp flour
1 and 1/2 cup milk
2 egg whites
1 vanilla
# To decorate:
2 yolks
1/4 cup sugar
From margarine, sugar, orange juice and a cup of flour is kneaded dough. Round or pan is greased with sunflower oil, and place the dough. Separate egg - the yolk will be used to foam a filler egg white. The cottage cheese is mixed with 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice, flour, milk, vanilla and egg whites. Place the mixture on the dough and bake about 35 minutes at an average oven. Then, in a separate bowl, beat egg yolks with 1/4 cup sugar and pour over the cottage cheese. Returns again to doopeche few more minutes on low oven until a golden color.
