Color sponge cake with orange peel

5 eggs
1 cup sugar
5 tbsp sunflower oil
1/3 cup lukewarm water
2 cup flour - sifted
10 g baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 orange - peel (can be replaced with 1 vanilla sugar)
Coloring: 2 tbsp cocoa or coffee
fillings: raisins and chopped walnuts
