Dolmaschki with beet leaves

Ingredients
20 beet leaves
1 cup Rice
250 g minced meat
1 carrot
1 onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp dry lovage
400 g yogurt
1 small head of garlic
pepper, salt
sunflower oil

Method
Fry them onions and carrots cut into finely. Add the minced meat, which is also fry, pour the washed rice and water. When the rice is added tomato paste and spices. Form is dolmaschki of beet leaves and steamed in water mixture. Arrange in a deep pan, pour with water and bring to a boil. Ready dolmaschki pour yogurt with garlic.

There is a special leaf beet, beet or more spanakovo Mangold. It does not form heads and are used only leaves. Never use only leafs, and cooking. I think it is a better taste of spinach.
