Green beans in China

Ingredients
300 g beef ham
500 g green beans
1 tbsp starch
1 onion
3-4 cloves garlic
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
3-4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
5-6 drops of sesame sunflower oil
200 ml beef bouillon
# For the marinade:
egg white 1
2 tbsp starch
1 tsp sunflower oil
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Method
All of the marinade is mixed in a bowl and mix. The meat is cut into strips with a length of 4.5 cm and a thickness of 1 finger. Marinate for about 1 hour. The beans are cleaned from threads, washed and cut into 3-4 pieces and then cooked on medium heat without lid for 15 minutes. In wok or other suitable pan put the oil and when blocked, it fry for 3 minutes marinated strips of beef. Frying was carried out at 2 times with continuous perfusion of the individual pieces of meat with the oil. Fry the meat is removed from the pan and remove 1/3 of the oil. Once the oil is hotter, put the chopped onion and garlic, stir and flavored with ginger. Add cooked and drained green beans and fry for about 3 minutes while stirring. Then pour the broth flavored with soy sauce and sesame sunflower oil. Starch was dissolved in a little water and, together with the meat is placed in a pan with the vegetables. Stir, remove from heat and serve to cooked rice or noodles.
