Ingredients
2 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp tarragon
2 tbsp onion
2 tbsp chives
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
2 tbsp white vinegar
salt and pepper

Method
Strain herbs until a smooth paste. Mayonnaise, cream (crème fraîche) and mix vinegar and mix well. The two mixtures are stirred and seasoned with salt and pepper. * Very well go with fries and other fried foods, corn chips, cold meat, fresh vegetables (crudites) and others.
