Ingredients
300 g cottage cheese
80 g flour
125 g butter
salt
pepper
Method
Flour fry in fat until golden. Pour 4 cups hot water, while stirring continuously, to make the slurry smooth. Add the cottage cheese, seasoned with salt and ground black pepper. Then the slurry boiled for 5 minutes.
