Omelet with vegetables and grated cheese

Ingredients
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
8 eggs
100 g butter
1 onion
2 carrots
1 zucchini
salt
pepper
Method
Finely chopped onion stew about 5 minutes in half fat. Add cleaned and grated zucchini and carrots. Pan cover with a lid and vegetables sauté over low heat until tender. Remove and mix with crumbled cheese, beaten eggs, salt and ground black pepper to taste. The rest becomes heated butter in the pan. The mixture fry 4 omelet. Can fry and one large omelette, which is then cut into pieces. Serve warm.
