Pork curry with lime and coconut milk

Ingredients
1.5 kg pork loin
2 onions
juice and lime crusts of 2
400 ml coconut milk
1 tbsp curry
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper
2-3 coriander leaves

Method
Diced meat fry in oil on all sides until golden. Then drained from the oil and leave the country. In the same pan fry the chopped onion and pressed garlic, add curry powder and ginger and stir well. Allow to about 2 minutes, shaking occasionally. Add lemon peels, lemon juice and coconut milk. The mixture was allowed to boil, and then thereto was added pork cubes. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Cover dish and leave for 1 hour over low heat, stirring occasionally. When serving sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves.
