Diced meat fry in oil on all sides until golden. Then drained from the oil and leave the country. In the same pan fry the chopped onion and pressed garlic, add curry powder and ginger and stir well. Allow to about 2 minutes, shaking occasionally. Add lemon peels, lemon juice and coconut milk. The mixture was allowed to boil, and then thereto was added pork cubes. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Cover dish and leave for 1 hour over low heat, stirring occasionally. When serving sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves.

Well this is the most delicious recipe that I've tried! Well ... DIVINE! Thanks ... PassionFlowar

You made it? Glad you liked it. The taste is very subtle. Meat fits nicely with spices, especially with coconut milk, right? :)

Yes I did in January In fact, as I saw her.

us LIMONCHETO us come in plenty ... May much less had to put.

I do not know what he put lime and lemon .. there is not much difference - the color and taste somewhat. 2 for 1. 5 lime meat is good .. and mixed with coconut milk I wonder just what had occurred .. if you are worth much, sometimes added to taste =]

definitely confused the proportions something. It was a dish rather than meats with sauce :) cheers. will test it again sometime. Exotic love here;)

Eee, nothing dealbreaker :) Alive we did things get better :) Good luck
