Pork with fried pieces of tomatoes

300 g pork
4-5 tbsp salt
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 tsp brown sugar
3-4 tbsp pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
The meat cut into very thin strips and wide. Rub the meat in soy sauce and add salt to all salt to graying. So leave 15 minutes.
