Pork President

500 g pork
300 g mushrooms
500 g vegetable mix President
1 chicken soup powder
2 onions
black pepper, red pepper
soy sauce
50 g shelled peanuts
5 -6 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cup red wine
1 tbsp vegeta
1 cup rice - for garnish

One onion cut into in small pieces and fry in the oil (may choke with a little water). Once the onion is tender, put the chopped for pork kebab and left without stirring a minute or two to stay in the meat juices. Place the lid on the pan and leave the meat to stew in their own juice. If necessary, add a little warm water. During this time, the mushrooms are cut into larger pieces, and then the meat is soften, are added thereto. The dish is seasoned with red pepper and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Add one glass of red wine and leave to stew over low heat about 30 minutes. When meat is almost ready, it is added to the mix of zamzrazeni vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, broccoli, pepper - to taste). If no water in the pan, make little can be steamed vegetables. After 10 minutes add to the dish dissolved in 400 ml water soup (I put chicken because with mushroom taste becomes very sharp, but who wants can put another).
