Roasted pheasant with apples

Ingredients
1 pheasant
80 g butter
3 sour apples
50 g cream
flour
pepper
salt
Method
PHASE add salt, sprinkle with pepper and flour and fry all countries in half of the butter. Peel the apples, remove seeds, cut into slices, fry in butter and half of them are arranged in a baking dish. Phase was placed on the apples, remove the add remaining apples, pour cream and bake until soft.
