Roasted stuffed chicken

Ingredients
1 (800 g) chicken
giblets from chicken
150 g sausage
1 slice (75 g) white bread
1 egg
250 g mushrooms mushrooms
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
spices
salt
pepper
Method
Giblets of chicken are cooked, then with sausage and mushrooms finely and sauté in some of the fat. Add the bread, previously soaked in water, egg, pepper and salt to taste. The stuffing is salted chicken. Fill the chicken bake in moderate oven from time to time pour the remaining oil. Serve cold garnished with steamed rice.

Thank you. I did it instead put sausage mince. Delicious and easy.
