Ingredients
1 kg of flour
1 cube of yeast (40 g)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
250 g of milk
125 g butter
cheese 500 g
Method
In a bowl pour 300 ml hot water , add 1 cube of yeast, 1 tbsp sugar and a few tbsp flour. Leave in a warm place (near the stove) to rise, 20-30 minutes. In deep bowl sift 1 kg of flour, add salt, do well in which Mayan mixture and pour the cup of milk (slightly warm). Knead the dough. Cover and leave to rest 30 minutes. The risen dough divide 8 balls. Each dunk in advance melted butter. Roll with hands according to the size of the pan. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Roll. Twisted and stretch. Finished pieces spacing from one another. After rise (20-30 minutes) cut them into pieces and pour the rest of butter. Bake in moderate oven 220C for 30 minutes (this is according to the oven). Baked tutmanik Splash- slightly with water, cover to stew 10 minutes * It is lesen- deal is even beginners equally delicious - hot or cold, can be cut 30-40 or more pieces. * Preparation time 2:00.
