Ingredients
750 g ripe tomatoes
100 ml vegetable broth, slightly warmer
400 g yogurt
salt, pepper
pinch of sugar
basil leaves, strips
basil for garnish
2 cloves garlic optional

Method
Tomatoes are steamed, peeled and cut into pieces. Pureed with slightly warm broth and garlic. Add yogurt and basil, stir well seasoned and put to cool. Garnish with basil leaves. * To go soup toast rubbed with garlic.
