Ingredients
4 kg zucchini
250 g sugar
250 g salt
10 cloves of garlic
500 g vinegar
500 g sunflower oil

Method
Courgettes cut into cubes. Add sugar and salt and allowed to stand for 2 hours. Drain the water, add garlic (sliced), chopped dill, the oil and vinegar. Mix well, poured into jars and sterilized for 10 minutes.

interesting proposal. Will try the recipe out as new crop zucchini.
Try and see that it is worth. Carried out with green tomatoes, but to me more like a zucchini.
Super idea. And I was wondering what to do last green tomatoes.
