Ingredients
1 1 pheasant or rabbit
3 onions
2 red peppers
2 carrots
200 ml white wine
100 ml sunflower oil
100 ml olive oil
400 g of canned tomatoes or 1 kg of fresh
3 cloves garlic
4 bay leaves
10 peppercorns
salt, parsley

Method
Cut and drying phase. Put the oil and olive oil in a saucepan and fry the meat on both sides. Take out the meat and if the oil is very, subtract part of it. In saucepan stew the onions, peppers, garlic and carrots for about 10 minutes. Add all the other ingredients together with pheasant, cover the pan and let it simmer on low heat for about two hours.
