Ingredients
pork or chicken, boned and cut into small cubes
coarse salt
pepper
oregano
chicken seasoning of your choice (if done with chicken)
oil
lemon

Method
Meat previously salted with spices and dipped in olive oil, mixed with lemon juice. Prick meat cubes on wooden sticks (skewers). Bake on fire or BBQ.
