Crispy salmon on rice crisps

Ingredients
1 cup Rice
2 fillets of salmon (possibly other fish)
salt, pepper, lemon juice
# TOPPING:
200 ml cream
1 egg
1-2 tbsp cooking cottage cheese (can be omitted)
juice 1/2 lemon
2 cloves garlic
dill, parsley, lovage, basil
50 g chips
salt

Method
Rice is boiled until almost. During this time, prepare topping, spices and garlic finely, mix with the egg cream and other products until a thick mixture. Add the crushed chips. Fish seasoned with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cooked rice add salt if necessary, and spread in a baking dish, it ranks on the fish, top pour the resulting cream. Bake in the oven at 180 C for about 30 minutes until they turn golden brown. The fish becomes more juicy, if baked on a microwave oven with grill, for about 10 minutes.

fish pieces you cut? Sounds very interesting!

not only sound, but also very tasty :) No, no need to be cut into pieces, enough is fragile, can instead of rice and boiled potatoes can be done individually or as a side dish ... And will upload photos, I have not cracked it out.
