Baked potato crust

Ingredients
700 g potatoes
1 and 1/2 tbsp flour
5 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary or other herbs of your choice
Method
Peel the potatoes, cut is chunks - according to size of the halves, quarters or more. In a saucepan heat the oil and fry it in the flour. Add potatoes stirring until the flour adheres evenly to all. Add salt to taste. Transfer to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200C until golden brown - about 30 minutes. In tray can put baking paper. No water was added. Optional can put pepper. Second option: Before transfer to the baking pan, sprinkle potatoes with spices, confused and bake in the same way.
