Cream-almond liqueur

Ingredients
2 tbsp brown sugar
400 ml cream
200 ml milk
150 g ground almonds
1 vanilla pod
6 tbsp sugar or more to taste
200 ml vodka

Method
Almonds are roast in a dry frying pan, taking care not to burn. Brown sugar is caramelized and quenched with cream. Stir until completely dissolved caramel. Add milk, almonds, vanilla and sugar. Boil low heat about 10 minutes, then leave to cool. Pour the vodka, stir well and stayed at least one day, at most 3. Strain through cheesecloth, pour into bottles and refrigerate.

Incredible flavor, but not yet stayed. I tried it, I am very curious. Put a picture, although not strained and brought in finished form. Sure of brown sugar I got darker in color. Cheers!

There are brown sugar with different shades, you might struck darker. I think it is not so important, it is the total bouquet to harmony. Glad you like:-)
