Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
1 kg purslane
2 bunches green onions (3 chapters onion)
2 eggs
200 g feta cheese
4 tbsp sunflower oil
20 g butter
mint
salt
1 cup soda water or plain water with a pinch of baking soda and limontozu

Method
Purslane cleared of thick stems and soak in salted water. Chopped, mixed with chopped onion and crushed with a little salt and mint. The feta cheese was crushed, mixed with an egg and add to the purslane. In a greased pan with sunflower oil is piecing the banitsa as filling between the layers are placed in two rows peel with sunflower oil between them. Cut into eight pieces. Mix the second egg, mix with carbonated water and pour the banitsa. It ranks as the butter pieces. Bake in a moderate oven. I make it as round banitsa and adding 2 tbsp yogurt mixture.
