Ingredients
80 g starch
120 g of powdered sugar
750 ml milk
breadcrumbs for rolling
egg 1
2 tbsp sunflower oil
4 tbsp butter
cinnamon
1 vanilla
sweet cherry
50 g powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
Starch is mixed with sugar and milk, by putting a little bit. Thicken over low heat, stirring constantly. The resulting cream is poured into a rectangular tray with dimensions 25x20 cm and leave to cool until firm. Then cut into squares and each square is to add some beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. In a pan heat up along the oil and the butter. Boxes fry until browned on both sides. A small incision on each side and put inside one of the sweet cherry. Serve warm sprinkled with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla and cinnamon.
