Boil the lemon juice with sugar until it melts. Stay cool and then put in the fridge for an hour or two. For each cocktail put 30 ml boiled syrup, 50 ml gin and 150 ml orange juice. Add ice and shake in a shaker. Serve in tall glasses and supplement with cold mineral water. Decorate with slices of orange and lemon.
