Cottage cheese with fruit puree

Ingredients
250 g cottage cheese
500 g of apples, apricots or peaches
2/3 cup sugar
1 packet vanilla
Method
Fruit Peel and finely grate grater. To fruit puree added sugar, the cottage cheese, rub through a colander, and vanilla. The mixture is stirred with a mixer or wire until it becomes fluffy cream and divided into dessert bowls.
